CEO
Dutch joined Scinta in April 2011. Dutch is a qualified mining, electrical and mechanical engineer. He has more than 34 years of experience in the mining sector. He is a practical mining “man” who gained most of his experience managing various BHPB mines. He previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Umcebo Mining. Whilst at Umcebo, Dutch formed a competent management team that, in compliance with legislative requirements and safety and environmental standards and under his leadership developed a sizeable mining company.

Chairman
Humphrey is the Chairman of Scinta. Humphrey obtained his doctorate in geology from the University of Natal. He has over 30 years of experience in the mining industry (most of it in senior positions in coal). Humphrey also has solid exploration experience and currently runs and co-owns Tranter Exploration (Proprietary) Limited, a mineral exploration company that focuses on exploring and developing African mining opportunities.

Director
Sandile obtained a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Cape Town as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the UCT Graduate School of Business. In 1997, Sandile established SARHWU Investment Holdings, growing the company from a zero asset base to more than R400 million in net asset value. He is currently a non-executive director on the boards of organisations such as SARHWU Investment Holdings Limited, Viamax Fleet Solutions (Proprietary) Limited and the KwaZulu-Natal Growth Fund. |

Director
Dawn co-founded Partnership Investments with a view to empower black rural women and to assist in developing black youth leadership. The goal of Partnership Investments is to create wealth in order to ensure alleviation of poverty and to develop the black entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Dawn currently serves as the chairperson of Wesizwe Platinum Limited. She has served on many boards over the years, including those of Eskom Holdings Limited, Massmart Holdings Limited and Engen Limited.

Soria is an executive director of Bravura Equity Services (Proprietary) Limited and heads up the Bravura investments team. She is a lawyer by training and has more than 15 years of experience in the financial markets. Soria will oversee corporate, legal and compliance functions of Scinta. Soria also serves on the Board of Magatar Mining (Proprietary) Limited. |

Louis is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He also serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Bravura. He has over 15 years of experience in financial services, having worked in South Africa as well as in London for Old Mutual Bank Limited, Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited and Bravura. |
